The booming Indian Aviation Sector

With the opening up of the skies to the corporate players there is a phenomenal growth of the private Indian Airlines. As is the case, the world over, the fierce the competition, the better will be the facilities offered by the players and cheapest air tickets will be available. It would be fair to say that the Indian Airlines has come of age.

And with a steady boom in the Indian economy coupled with the fact that the Indian middle class family has ever more disposable income, the Indians are increasingly taking to the air travel.

It is interesting to note that some of the budget airlines airfares are just marginally higher than the rail prices, no wonder air travel is pulling in more people than rail travel.

As the competition amongst the airlines is hots up, the scene to woo the traveler has never been more intense than now. The last minute flight deal trend has also caught on.
